Computer Setup and Configuration

The Customer Technology Support team deploys a standard, comprehensive image to each Windows and Mac device purchased by the university.  The computer is then set up in the customer’s workspace by Customer Technology Support technicians.  They will also install any other UTHSC owned software that is necessary to perform the users’ duties.‎
