Banner Dashboards and Reports

Service Description:

Banner is UTHSC’s student information system.  Banner Dashboards and Reports are used to support the Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, Bursar’s Office, Colleges and Faculty. This allows for efficient viewing of Banner data for transactional,  analytical and auditing purposes.

Request Service:

An email must be sent to banner@uthsc.edu to request access to view current reports. This email is viewed by the Banner Project Team for approval.

To request a the creation of a new report, contact the Help Desk at 448-2222 or submit a Footprints ticket.

For support with this service, please contact the Help Desk by walking in, calling 448-2222, sending an email to helpdesk@uthsc.edu, or submitting a Footprints ticket (https://footprints.uthsc.edu).

Service Levels:
This service is available to UTHSC faculty and staff 24/7 except during planned periods of maintenance and scheduled updates.

Support is available during normal UTHSC business hours. Client downloads are assigned through the UTHSC Help Desk.
