The Customer Desktop Support department has a number of applications that they specialize in supporting; however they will assist any customer with any application. If the customer has a support relationship with a third party company, the Customer Desktop Support department will often liaise with that company on the customers’ behalf. They currently examine and troubleshoot any desktop application that a customer may have on their Windows or Macintosh device. If they do not know the answer, they research the issue until they can find a satisfactory resolution for the customer.

This service and support are available to UTHSC faculty, staff, and students during normal UTHSC business hours.
The user must either be a member of UTHSC or working with a UTHSC faculty/staff member.
