Desktop Support

Service Description:

Desktop support encompasses both the set up and maintenance of all UTHSC-owned desktop computers.  Both hardware and software are included.

Request Service:

Submit a service request by contacting the Help Desk at 448-2222 or submitting a Footprints ticket (https://footprints.uthsc.edu).

Request Support For This Service:

Service Levels:
This service and support are available to UTHSC faculty, staff, and students during normal UTHSC business hours.

Service Requirements:
The device must be owned by UTHSC.
