IT Facilitator for Student and Employee Orientations

Service Description:

The UTHSC Human Resources department allows ITS 10-12 minutes to give new employees information that will assist them when dealing with technology issues in their office.  ITS discusses Help Desk services, network access, account management issues as well as IT security policies and guidelines.

The colleges allows ITS 30 minutes to an hour with the students to give them a broad overview of the technology available to them. The goal is to make students use of technology convenient and productive.

Request Service:

This service is requested by the Human Resources department or representatives from the colleges.  They usually send orientation schedules.
