Service Description:

Cisco Jabber allows users to access presence, voice, video, desktop sharing, and conferencing. Jabber is a software based tool UTHSC provides for users who do not have access to one our videoconferencing enabled rooms. After installation by an ITS team member, users can be connected into our videoconferencing capable rooms.

Submit a Jabber request by contacting the Help Desk at 448-2222 or submitting a Footprints ticket (https://footprints.uthsc.edu).

This service and support are available to UTHSC faculty, staff, and students during normal UTHSC business hours.

After hours and weekend support are available under special circumstances.
