Our Systems Development Team can assist you in identifying functionality you would like to see in a new application or “off-the-shelf” software package, and help you research tools that meet your needs.  We can help you determine how technology can be used to improve your process.  We can also assist with custom, in-house development if tools are not available for purchase.  It all starts with a Project Request.

Service Levels:
This service and support are available to UTHSC faculty and staff during normal UTHSC business hours.

Service Requirements:
A Project Request Form must be completed by the requesting Faculty/Staff member. This request will then by vetted by the ITS Project Management Office. Projects are prioritized by ITS management. Following project kick-off, the Business Analyst will work with the project team to gather user requirements for the project. Once User Requirements are finalized, the development teams are brought into the project and technical development begins.
